Being a Gin fan for a very very long time, I decided to learn the noble art of Gin distilling by attending many of the Gin Schools that have sprung up over recent years. Each time 'At the Still' I try a different recipe, some trying to mimic well known Gins, and some new inventions of my own.

One day, when home distilling becomes allowed in the UK, such as it is in many more 'Developed' countries, I shall own my own still!
